Örneğin Osmanlının ilk istihbarat kurumu olan <STRONG>Teşkilât-ı Mahsusa'</STRONG>nın kurucusu ve başkanı olarak bilinen <STRONG>Kuşçubaşı Eşref Sencer'</STRONG>le <IMG height=250 src="http://www.dunyabizim.com/images/news/2590.jpg" width=175 align=right>Akif'in çok kez mektuplaştıklarına şahit oluyoruz. <STRONG>Neyzen Tevfik'</STRONG>in kardeşi olan <STRONG>Ahmet Şefik Kolaylı</STRONG> da Akif'in mektuplaştığı isimlerden biri. Akif'in mektuplaştığı bir diğer önemli isim ise son dönem Osmanlı entelektüelleri arasında önemli bir unvana sahip olan <STRONG>Babanzâde Ahmet Naim'</STRONG>dir.<STRONG> </STRONG></SPAN><SPAN><STRONG>Babanzâde</STRONG> ile İstiklal Şairimiz Mehmet Akif arasında çok derin bir dostluk olduğu herkes tarafından malumdur. Buna rağmen Akif'in Babanzâde'ye yazdığı mektup adedi bir taneden ibaret olduğunu görüyoruz. Ayrıca mektupları okurken Akif'in üslubunun, mektubu yazdığı kişiye göre nasıl değiştiği de fark ediliyor.
